🕰️ Preparation time

I prepare each order myself, by hand and with great care.
I’m not Amazon, nor do I want to be.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
However, since this is a handmade project managed by me alone, it may take up to 2 or 3 calendar days during busy weeks, if there are holidays, or if it falls on a Friday (I prefer to leave shipments for Monday to avoid them being held up all weekend in transit).

💌 Please note that delivery times begin once the carrier picks up the package, not from the moment of payment.

🚚 Shipping

📦 Peninsula (Spain)

Shipments are made via GLS.

• Standard shipping cost:
  – €4.90
  – Free on orders over €25
• Standard delivery time:
  – Up to 72 hours (3 calendar days) from pickup
• 24-hour Express Option (Monday to Thursday):
  – €9.70
  – Only available if you place your order before Thursday at 12:00 PM
  (Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays)

📩 GLS will send you an email with the delivery information.
Make sure the address is spelled correctly and check all your inboxes (including spam and promotions) in case the email doesn’t arrive directly to your main inbox.

📮 Baleares

Orders are sent via Correos, in certified letter format.

• Shipping cost:
  – €4.90
  – Free on orders over €40
• Delivery time:
  – Between 3 and 5 calendar days

⛔ Express shipping is not available.

📩 I’ll notify you by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop, and you’ll be able to track it with the tracking number.

📮 Canary Islands

Orders are sent via Correos, in certified letter format.

• Shipping cost:
  – €8.90
  – Free on orders over €60
• Delivery time:
  – Between 3 and 8 calendar days, depending on the island

📌 Important:
– Your ID number must be provided when placing your order.
– Any customs fees or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

🌍 International shipping (Europe and America)

We ship to several countries in Europe and America via Correos, in certified letter format with tracking.

✈️ Costs:

• Europe:
  – 8,90 €
  – Free on orders over €80
• Americas (USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean):
  – €12.90
  – Free on orders over €100

⏱️ Deadlines:

• Europe: between 5 and 10 calendar days
• America: between 10 and 15 calendar days, depending on the country

📩 All orders include a tracking number that you will receive by email.
Any customs charges or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

🔄 Exchanges and returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase.
So if you’ve got the wrong model or the stick doesn’t fit you well, don’t worry.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to make an exchange or return, and during this period they are completely free.

✅How do changes work?

Very easy.
When you request an exchange, the transport company (GLS) will deliver the new model and collect the old one at the same time.
No need to print labels or travel: everything can be done from home.

Important: Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
If you choose a more expensive model, you’ll only have to pay the difference.

💸 What if I prefer a refund?

In that case, you just have to send the product back.
When I receive it and verify that it is in good condition, I will refund you using the same payment method.

⏳ And after 30 days?

We can also arrange this for you, but in that case, shipping costs will be at your expense.
