These general conditions govern the use of the website www.palospelos.com, as well as purchases made through the online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which have been drawn up to establish a clear, fair, and transparent relationship between you (the customer) and us (the brand).

Palospelos offers handcrafted hair care and styling products, made with natural materials and shipped from Spain.

3. Purchasing process

Shopping at Palospelos is easy and safe.

Simply select the products you like, add them to your cart, and follow the steps to complete your order.
During the checkout process, we’ll ask you for the necessary information to successfully ship your purchase (name, address, email, and payment method).
Please check that your information is spelled correctly before confirming.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase.
When your package is ready and leaves the workshop, we will send you a second email with the tracking number.

4. Prices and payment methods

All prices you see in the store are in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT.

You can pay for your order securely using the following options:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Bizum

We do not accept payments by bank transfer.

Payment is made upon confirming the order. If you have any questions about the process, please contact me before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping

All details regarding delivery areas, prices, preparation times, delivery times, and conditions are clearly explained in the Shipping and Returns section.

6. Exchanges and returns

If you need to make an exchange or return, don’t worry.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to do so.

7. Product availability

All the products you see in the store are handmade, in collaboration with artisans in Bali—and, in some cases, with special materials that come from India, such as certain minerals.

This means we work with limited editions and real-time rhythms.
If an item sells out, it can take up to two months to restock, especially if it features minerals carved in India or harder-to-find materials.

If there’s something you love that’s not available, you can write to me and I’ll let you know as soon as it’s back in stock.

8. Responsibility and guarantees

Palospelos products are handmade with natural materials and a lot of love.
Each piece is unique, and there may be slight variations in shape or color compared to the photos—this is part of its handmade charm, not a defect.

If any product arrives damaged or has a problem, please contact me immediately at helena.caballero@misenscenetest.com and we’ll resolve it.
I always review each order before shipping, but if anything isn’t right, I’ll take responsibility.

9. Data protection

Your personal information will be used solely to process your order, send you information related to your purchase, and, if you have voluntarily subscribed, receive our Palospelos newsletters by email.

I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and I will never share your data with third parties except when necessary for shipping (such as courier companies).

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time.

10.Applicable legislation and conflict resolution

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

If any disagreement arises, I will always try to resolve it with you directly, responsibly, and with common sense.
